Is the Broker of Record and Founder of ListOneNJ, bringing a business-minded and marketing-driven approach to real estate across New Jersey.
He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ramapo College of New Jersey and built early-career experience in advertising and photography—skills that now translate directly into strategic pricing, strong negotiation, and high-impact property marketing for his clients.
Licensed as a New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson in 2018 and a Broker in 2023, David has successfully represented buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types, including 50-acre farms, lakefront homes, 55+ active adult communities, and single-family residences.
Deeply invested in his community, David serves as an executive board member of the Parsippany Area Chamber of Commerce and is a past chair of the Denville Green Sustainability Team.
Sonia Fernandes-Moreira
Realtor®
First earned her real estate license in 2007, and has experience with both multi-family properties and single-family homes. Her broad service area spans from North Jersey to the Jersey Shore, giving her clients access to deep market knowledge across a wide range of communities.
Sonia brings a thoughtful, client-focused approach to every transaction, informed by hands-on experience and a strong appreciation for diverse neighborhoods and lifestyles.
Outside of real estate, Sonia enjoys traveling—especially to Portugal, her parents’ homeland, and Spain. She is also deeply passionate about environmental sustainability and spends her free time creatively repurposing single-use plastics that would otherwise go to waste, turning them into something both useful and unique.
